Tania deals with all of our property and residential sales and purchases. Tania has extensive experience in property issues and residential conveyancing.

Although normally a straight-forward process, we recognise that moving house has been identified as one of life’s major stressors. Our conveyancing services are priced so that we are able to compete with other firms in this market. However, Tania still offers a personalised service and clients are never treated as just a file.

Tania is able to offer advice right from the pre-sale/purchase negotiation stage through to drafting an agreement, assisting with arranging finance, attending to pre-settlement matters, and the settlement itself. She is able to provide advice on which further terms of sale should be included in an agreement before an offer is made. Tania advises all clients that any agreement for sale and purchase should always be subject to solicitor’s approval.
